SmartBox ROM Downloads

Note that the BS version 2.071BS was dumped from a "EV" variant of the SmartBox. The ROM 2.073BS is from a standard SB-01, but this ROM should also work in an "EV" variant SmartBox.

I haven't included anything for my SB-04 as it is microcontroller based and so not as simple as downloading the EPROM.
